As a Sr Global Regulatory Consultant who has previously worked at the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the UN World Health Organization (WHO), I have had the opportunity to help multiple life science companies enter different markets worldwide.

However, through-out the process, it became evident that the challenges of Life Science companies go beyond market approval and continued regulatory compliance. When it comes to scalability and market expansion, the success heavily depends on the effectiveness of different critical operations which should be managed in a coordinated manner.
